The project scope is a retrofit encompassing all finishes, specialty millwork, life safety, lighting and HVAC upgrades to over 25000 sq. ft of meeting rooms and ballrooms on the lobby level and first floor, as well as the Club Lounge. Inclusive of six public washrooms that received complete upgrades consisting of new wall and floor tile, fixtures, millwork, partitions and lighting.
In addition; the 3600 sq. ft renovation of the fitness centre includes new finishes, floor layout, change room modifications incorporating new fixtures, flooring, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure work.
Detailed scheduling and monitoring was required to not disrupt ongoing hotel operations.
