MAIN LOBBY AND QUEEN STREET ENTRANCE

This project comprised of a complete renovation of the existing reception areas, elevator lobbies, elevator interiors, lobby areas, Queen Street entrance including extensive building envelope modifications  new automatic revolving doors and exterior hard landscaping.

During the construction, the hotel would stop construction with minimal notice to accommodate last minute news conferences and broadcasts. Trisect successfully met the schedule and maintained the budget.

RESTAURANT RENOVATION—BnB

The conversion from a rustic hotel bar to an open concept kitchen showcasing a trendy burger bar and stylish dining experience. The renovation consisted of a complete kitchen rehab, with all new finishes and equipment throughout. Worked in tandem with hotel operations to minimize guest impact from noise.

 

RESTAURANT CONVERSION TO MEETING ROOM

Optimizing meeting room space at the Sheraton Centre hotel was key to the owners; and the transformation from a 3 meal restaurant to an elegant and multi functional meeting space has brought rave reviews from staff and patrons. This renovation included the extension of public amenities and the overall conversion of 8,000sq.ft.

 

BALLROOM AND MEETING ROOM RENOVATIONS

Expanding the already 130,000sq.ft of meeting space at the Sheraton Centre Hotel; Trisect converted accounting and sales offices areas into an additional 15,000 sq.ft of meeting space complete with all finishes, movable partitions and inviting pre function areas. Additional meeting space was created converting pre function areas overlooking City Hall into boardrooms. All electrical, mechanical, life safety and finishes was completed to exacting standards for all meeting rooms, ballrooms and washrooms.
