Having been abandoned for years, the retail space at Five St. Joseph had many challenges. The teams efforts to convert this space into an ultra-modern marketing and model room suite was a dynamic success and met the budget and schedule requirements while enhancing the scope. Trisect was responsible for the build out inclusive of all finishes, mechanical, electrical and life safety.
